"As a child, all I wanted to do when I grew up was start a company that helps people. Every day, I get to live that dream because our clients trust us to get the job done. I am grateful to each and every one of my clients because without their trust in me, my dream would not be possible. I take that trust very seriously, and I do everything within my power to continue to earn and retain that trust. I was always the nerdy kid in school. I built my first computer when I was in middle school. In high school, I was in in marching band, robotics club, chess club, and was involved in the student government. I went to UMASS Lowell for a degree in Math. The skills I learned from college and my background in technology definitely helped me jump-start my career in real estate. I feel that my background has given me a unique perspective on the industry I am in, which has allowed us to take approaches that may not be readily apparent to other professionals.

I got my start in real estate in 2012 in Massachusetts while still in college, where I worked as a loss mitigation processor for another company. From there I got my own real estate salesperson license and began taking on seller clients. I found that my experience as a loss mitigation processor gave me an edge as a real estate agent because it turned out, I was actually doing all the more intricate parts of the job already! After working as an agent for another company for a while, I decided it was time to go on my own. I wanted to make sure that I had all the control necessary to help my clients to the best of my ability, and that I had the power to adapt our process to continually get better, more client-centered, more transparent, etc. From there, I got my mortgage loan originator license and my real estate broker license, and decided to set up shop in Hartford, CT. It seemed like CT was having a difficult time in general, and that there weren’t enough trained professionals out there to help everyone facing difficulties.

I was lucky enough to be able to partner with my best friend, Muhammad Bilal, who decided to come share my dream of being a business owner and helping people. I will always be grateful to him to enabling me to be the best I can be. My only real goal in life is to make a positive difference in as many lives as I possibly can."

"I moved around a lot growing up. I’ve lived in several different states, and even spent few years living in Pakistan. This afforded me the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, which has allowed me to have a particularly unique perspective in life and business. I believe these experiences to be extremely useful, as they allow me to see many different solutions to similar problems, which allows me to provide the best possible solutions for my clients. I spent a large portion of my life in Massachusetts, where I finished high school. I went to UMASS Lowell to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics which is where I met my business partner and best friend Austin Miglin.

As the eldest of 5 siblings, I always carried the responsibility of looking out for everyone in my family. I’ve always tried to be a good role model for my siblings, and I carry that same attitude in my daily life.

Before Realty Negotiations, I was a business analyst in Tennessee. While it was an experience that I wouldn’t ever change, it didn’t allow me to make the positive impact in the world that I always felt was important to me. I decided to join Austin in starting Realty Negotiations because I believed in his vision. I wanted to help improve the lives of a lot of people and am proud of our successful so far. Unlike my previous company that judged their success on their profits, I believe in judging our success on the positive impact we have on our clients’ lives.

My family has always been involved in real estate; it’s in my blood. That said, I only got my start in real estate brokering when I moved to Connecticut in 2018. While I have only pursued real estate in this particular fashion for a short period, since 2018 I have lived, breathed and dreamt real estate. I have put a lot of work and research into honing my craft, and I take pride in knowing that I am providing the best service to all my clients that I possibly can.

I hope to continue making a positive impact in the lives of not just my family and friends, but our clients as well."

"I started working when I was 14 years old. I enjoyed interacting with people outside my immediate family and friends from school; it was good to feel like I was part of something. Equally important to 14-year-old me, was having some extra money to hang out, buy junk food, etc. When I turned 16, I got my drivers license. Realizing I needed to put money into owning and maintaining my own car, my junk food and hanging-out budget was seriously reduced. That was when I started understanding the importance of budgeting. As a teenager, I began developing my goals to earn enough money to do all the things I wanted in life. So, I took on a second part-time job. Working hard was something I always saw my family do as a kid, so it wasn’t that out of the ordinary for me at the time to have two jobs while going to high school. I kept these two part-time jobs up until I was 21. When I was 22, I opened my first business, and a few months after that I purchased my first investment property.

I have dedicated the last decade to further building my career in real estate. When I started out, I was mostly investing, re-developing, etc. That lead to me expanding my knowledge into niche markets such as short sales, REOs, foreclosures, and other types of distressed real estate. I am now actively acquiring and managing my own real estate portfolio, as well as helping others do the same. I truly enjoy what I do, and I definitely find myself lucky to be able to call this my job. It is just as rewarding when I am able to put together something for myself as it is for me to help and advise others on how to meet their real estate goals.

On a personal note, I enjoy fishing, hiking, going to the beach, and most of all being a great husband to my wife and a great father to my two kids. "

"I was able to fulfill a life long dream and now, since 2014, live in the Great Northwoods of New Hampshire with my family. I’ve watched my children flourish into amazing adults, and I’m blessed with two beautiful grandchildren. Being a “Grandpy” Rocks!

I wake up every day to a new found beauty that surrounds me, energizes me, and in turn allows me to help others who need my help. My days are filled with eternal gratitude for what I’ve been given. I try to do my best to be humble, and to put the needs of others before my own as often as possible.

Denis Whately said it best: “Change the Changeable, Accept the Unchangeable, And Remove Yourself from the Unacceptable”. It is the mantra I live by."
